Can I personalize my basket or exchange items?

To ensure fast delivery as well as good quality products, unfortunately, we cannot personalize any basket at this time due to the large volume of orders we are currently receiving.

When can you deliver my order?

You can find displayed a calendar with the available dates for delivery. Some areas are limited to certain delivery days as well as a minimum of 25$ for an order.

What is the delivery time?

We deliver 6 days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Why don't you deliver to my region?

We are currently working on expanding our network to serve the entire metropolitan region of Montreal. We will be announcing new areas soon.

Are these local fruits and vegetables?

We favor and encourage local products available depending on the season.

Are these organic products?

Not at the moment. we will soon be offering more choices.

How to follow my order?

On the day of the delivery, you will receive an email and a text message with a link to track your order in reel time.
